Jerod R. L. Clark Jerod Clark is Vice President, Human Resources for ConocoPhillips Alaska.  

Jerod joined ConocoPhillips in 2004 in Houston, TX, and served in several HR Business Partner roles across the company's upstream, downstream, and technology organizations. In 2010, Jerod moved to Ponca City, OK, to serve as the Labor Relations leader at Ponca City Refinery. In 2012, he moved to Midland, TX and became Director, Human Resources, for the Mid-Continent Business Unit, and then in 2013 moved back to Houston, TX to become Director, Human Resources for the Rockies Business Unit. In 2014, he became Director, International Compensation & Benefits. In May, 2015, Jerod was named to his current position, Manager, Human Resources for ConocoPhillips Alaska.  

Jerod resides in Anchorage with his wife and two young children. Raised in Texas, Jerod holds a BBA in International Business from Stephen F. Austin State University and an MBA from Texas A&M University. He currently serves on the leadership team for the United Way of Anchorage education initiative "90% by 2020," and serves on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity.
