Randy John headshotRandy John is manager of Alaska Digital Technologies for ConocoPhillips Alaska, where he leads digital strategy, information technology operations and technology delivery across the business. He focuses on helping teams work more safely and efficiently while advancing production optimization through digital and AI capabilities.

Randy has 22 years of experience with ConocoPhillips, beginning in Finance before moving into information technology and serving in roles across infrastructure, applications, analytics and global project delivery. He previously served as manager of Commercial and Marine IT, leading large-scale modernization and digital transformation initiatives.

Today, Randy works with Alaska and enterprise teams to help shape Alaska’s digital and AI strategy and align technology investments with business priorities. Outside of work, Randy is committed to supporting Alaska communities. He founded and led the ConocoPhillips United Way golf tournament, which has raised more than $15 million for local initiatives. He also serves on the board of directors for Special Olympics Alaska.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus in Finance from Oklahoma Wesleyan University.
