Our primary operated assets include natural gas facilities in Southcentral Alaska and the Kuparuk and Alpine fields on the North Slope.

Now a vital part of the world’s energy supply, natural gas is one of the cleanest, most abundant, safest and most affordable energy sources. It is colorless, odorless, non-toxic, and non-corrosive, and therefore will not pollute land or water resources.

With the many residential, commercial, and industrial uses of natural gas, it is one of the fastest growing segments in the energy industry. The U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) projects that U.S. demand for natural gas is expected to rise by at least 45 percent, from 22 trillion cubic feet (Tcf) per year in 1996 to between 32 and 37 Tcf in 2020.
