Heather Tash headshot

Heather Tash is vice president, Alaska Asset Development for ConocoPhillips Alaska.

Heather began work in the oil and gas industry in 2007. Her work in the field has included positions with ExxonMobil and Concho Resources. 

Prior to her current role, Heather held one of the asset manager positions in the Permian Basin. Her experience includes roles in process, facilities, production, and reservoir engineering.

She began her career with ExxonMobil working in upstream gas plant operations and moved to the Permian Basin in 2012. She transitioned to Concho Resources in 2013.  

Externally, Heather has served in non-profit management roles, including on the board of directors for the Women’s Energy Network Permian Basin and Breaking Bread Ministries. 

Heather earned a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from the Colorado School of Mines in 2007.
